User:New Technology from CPI Applauded at BEGE

Crane Co., Crane Payment Innovations made full use of the opportunity to showcase its latest breakthrough technology at the Bulgarian game show, the Walkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo (BGE), which was held in Sofia from Nov. 21 to 22.

The company's team was busy throughout the two days of the show, as CPI already has a strong foothold in the Balkans, where many major operators have designated SC Advance bill verifiers for outstanding security and reliability. However, CPI had another reason to draw people to BEGE: the European premier of the new EasyTracks Connect system.

EasyTracks Connect is a unique hardware/software platform that leverages SC Advance and real-time connectivity to help operators manage their bottom and cash more profitably than ever. It translates performance and transaction data into valuable insights, allowing operators to know what each SC Advance cash box is about at any time and instantly know important events such as reaching capacity or players attempting to use suspicious notes.

"EasyTracks Connect gives us more control over the operation of our casinos," explains Annette Zauch, CPI sales director at EMEA Gaming. "Operators no longer have to wait to remove, check, and count cash boxes to see how much money they contain or how bill verifiers are performing. All this information is now available in real time and in great detail through the EasyTracks Connect dashboard. Our system will even alert operators if they have any immediate issues to deal with."

The CPI also introduced the Rimini Ticket Kiosk at BEGE. The compact solution allows players who do not own banknotes or prefer cashless payment methods to purchase TITO tickets with debit and/or credit cards. Players can simply choose how much they want to deduct from their cards, which can be paid with TITO tickets at the kiosk and played on slot machines.

"Cashless is growing almost everywhere and has indeed become the dominant payment method in many countries. The Rimini Ticket kiosk, along with the Transact Epic 950 Fanfold printer, uses CPI's cashless technology to ensure that customers can enjoy gaming even when they're not carrying their bills," concludes Mr. Jouch.
