The recent bullying incident in the club at Pepper Savings Bank is a growing concern. This reporter reported two interviews of Oh Ji-young, who was the first to be named the perpetrator of the bullying incident in the club and was sentenced to a "one-year suspension" by the Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) reward and punishment committee. In response, Lee Min-seo (who already mentioned her real name in an interview with other media), one of the two who claimed to be a victim, is continuing to refute and disclose Oh Ji-young's interview through her social media (SNS) Instagram posts and stories. In other words, the war of revelations has begun.

At around 7:30 p.m. on the 29th, when the match between Pepper Savings Bank and IBK Industrial Bank was underway, Oh Ji-young and this reporter conducted another phone interview. Oh Ji-young provided a video clip made by editing an Instagram direct message (DM) she had with Lee Min-seo and B to the World Daily. The DM editing video with Lee Min-seo, who was "close" to each other, was about 15 minutes long, and the capacity reached 1GB, so it could not be directly attached to the article on the system. Some of the DMs since June, which Lee Min-seo claims to have been bullied, are captured and attached to the article.

"Forced meal harassment, neglect of weight training-related abilities and verbal harassment, not true"

Lee Min-seo submitted 16 cases of bullying from Oh Ji-young to the KOVO Reward and Punishment Committee. Some were disclosed by Oh Ji-young's legal representative, lawyer Jung Min-hoe, after completing the second reward and punishment committee, and some were disclosed through exclusive interviews with the Segye Ilbo. This interview continued to explain another case.

Oh Ji-young said, "A bullying case raised by Lee Min-seo is 'forced eating harassment'. One of the things I said when I first came to this team was, 'Don't be wary of your sisters, eat as much as you want, don't be forced to eat.' Not only Lee Min-seo but also no player was forced to eat or be allowed to eat. In addition, Lee was on the list of players who needed to be on a diet, so I couldn't force him to eat it." On the DMs exchanged between Oh Ji-young and Lee Min-seo, the two players suggested food they wanted to eat and made an appointment to go eat together. If Oh Ji-young was forced to feed her that she didn't like it, she would not be able to send and receive such DMs.

Another example of bullying is 'ignoring competence and verbal harassment related to weight training'. Oh Ji-young said, "This part happened during weight training, so there is no physical evidence such as Kakao Talk messages or DMs. I once pointed out Lee Min-seo about weight training. Lee Min-seo didn't weigh too much during weight training. The purpose of weight training was beauty, not strengthening athletic ability. That's why trainers advised me to pay attention to the weight. But these days, the athletes are so sensitive to that, so the trainers couldn't actively talk and hush. So I told the trainers, 'You can't do that. If you hush like that, the kids use that to stop doing it. I know that's the right.' Eventually, I put the gun on and explained to Min-seo, 'Min-seo, you shouldn't do that for beauty purposes. You're a volleyball player, you're not an ordinary person. Hit some weight and lift it,' but the weight remained the same."

"I've been through a lot of teams, but Pepper Savings Bank wasn't a professional team"

Oh Ji-young is a player. Nevertheless, the coaching staff's management of the players was so poor that they had to criticize the coaching staff. "If it was a different club, I would have to criticize the players a lot, but there was nothing like that here. If I didn't do it, no one would do it, so I had to be in charge of the criticism. But he suggested such criticism as verbal abuse," Oh said.

Oh Ji-young revealed some cases, saying, "Now I have nothing to lose, but Pepper Savings Bank was not a real team."

What Oh took issue with was excessive drinking by the coaching staff. "Some of the coaching staff liked to drink. Of course, there is no problem at all when an adult drinks alcohol. However, wouldn't it matter if the drinking interferes with the team's training? After drinking alcohol, he came out smelling like alcohol during the training the next morning, chewing gum and hitting the ball. When I heard that the training started at 9:30 a.m., I came to work smelling like alcohol at 9:20. Doesn't this also make sense? The coaching staff are younger than me, so I was like, 'Hey, this isn't it. Did you drink too much yesterday? You shouldn't do it like this.' There was no training at 9:30 p.m. And there was no individual exercise. He just said that his workout was over. So I suggested that young players should do more nighttime exercises, but Pepper Savings Bank didn't have any."

Pepper Savings Bank, which was known to have had the longest vacation during the All-Star break this season, had its coaching staff and players drinking too much during the All-Star break. It was in the midst of losing consecutive games, but rather than increasing the number of training sessions, the team effectively played a game of alcohol. "Of course, there can be a get-together in the team. When we have a get-together, we can have one or two drinks. However, the problem here was that we had to drink alcoholic beverages during a get-together. At that time, I was discouraged because my position in the team was shaky and I was excluded from the main lineup. I would have said, 'This is not how you drink it like this' normally, but I couldn't.'" When asked if such a dinner was held with Joe Trinzee's acquiescence or assistance, Oh replied, "Joe Trinzee didn't even attend the get-together," adding, "Since I had the first round and was going to the second round, I left the team without even having a second round."

"The gossip that I didn't even do is supposed to be what I did."

B, who reported Oh Ji-young as bullying in the club with Lee Min-seo, had no significant contact with Oh Ji-young in terms of her personal relationship. The DM video that Oh Ji-young attached was also so short that it lasted less than a minute. "I didn't understand why B reported me as bullying," Oh said. "B's list of bullying included 'why am I responsible for the car accident that Lee and other players had while going out among the remaining players in the away game?' I don't understand because B is the oldest player among the players in the club and asked me to take care of his juniors before that."

On B's list of bullies, Oh Ji-young excluded B from the training and deployed other players to prevent him from training. "When players in the libero position practice receiving during training, they get about five receptions per player and go back," Oh said. Of course, if they don't like their own receptions, they can do three or five more. But if you overdo it too much, the players in the back will become stiff. So I said, 'I'm B, come out. The players in the back should do it, too.' This is what I did to all the players, not just B. But he said, 'He took himself out and put other players in so he could not train.' 토토사이트 추천

Oh Ji-young didn't gossip about B, but some on the harassment list were supposed to be done by Oh Ji-young. Oh Ji-young said, "There was a player (C) who particularly hated B for convenience. I was very close to C, so I told C that we should go together even though we giggled together listening to C talk about B. C also made remarks disparaging that B came to the professional late after playing for a long time in the business team. However, on the bullying list, it was supposed that I made that disparaging comment. It was really unfair."

C is known to have led the submission of a peer statement known to have been submitted to the KOVO Reward and Punishment Committee within the team. In response, Oh Ji-young said, "I felt a lot of human betrayal from a colleague I thought I was close to through this incident."
