Norwich City of the English Professional Football League Championship (second division), where South Korean striker Hwang Eui-jo plays, has not been able to escape a winless streak in its last six matches despite numerical superiority.

Norwich lost 1-3 at home to Blackburn in the 15th round of the 2023-2024 Championship at Carrow Road in Norwich, England, on Friday (Sept. 5).

Hwang Ui-jo started up front in a 4-2-3-1 formation and remained active until the end of the game, constantly creating attacking opportunities.

Hwang, who mainly roamed the front line and left flank, had a chance in the 14th minute with his team trailing 0-3 when he fired a right-footed shot from near the penalty arc that went wide of the right post.

In second-half stoppage time, Norwich were unable to find the back of the net in the ensuing chaos as a left-footed shot from the penalty area in front of goal hit the goalkeeper's knee and bounced away.

Football stats site Footmob gave Hwang a rating of 7.3.

It was the second-best rating on the team, behind Gabriel Sarah, who scored a late consolation goal in stoppage time.

Despite their numerical advantage, Norwich unleashed an onslaught on the Blackburn goal, but were unable to turn the game on its head as Blackburn stood firm.

Norwich conceded an early goal in the eighth minute through Blackburn's Tyreis Dolan, before giving up a second in the 15th minute through Sami Suzmodics.

Then, four minutes into the second half, Suzmodics scored a multi-goaler to put the game out of reach.

Nine minutes into the second half, Blackburn's Scott Hutton was sent off for a direct free-kick for a deep tackle on Norwich's Onel Hernandez that denied him a golden attacking opportunity, and Norwich capitalized on their numerical advantage and pushed Blackburn back for the rest of the half.

However, Norwich were only able to pull a goal back in stoppage time when Sarah converted a second ball that was saved by the keeper with a straightforward right-footed shot.

The loss was Norwich's fourth straight, and they have now won none of their last six games, drawing one and losing five.

Norwich remained 17th in the league with 17 points (5 wins, 2 draws, 8 losses). 카지노사이트존
